Position Overview:
As a Senior Compliance Analyst you will be responsible for overseeing the companys compliance program ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements and identifying potential risks. You will work closely with various departments to implement compliance strategies conduct audits and address any issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop implement and maintain compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive compliance audits and assessments preparing detailed reports and recommendations for improvements.
- Monitor and analyze changes in regulations and industry standards ensuring the companys policies are updated accordingly.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on compliancerelated matters including training and advice on best practices.
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues including potential violations or breaches and report findings to senior management.
- Collaborate with external auditors regulators and other stakeholders to facilitate audits and inspections.
- Manage and oversee compliance documentation and recordkeeping to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and the board of directors.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the companys compliance program.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration Law or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g. CCEP CAMS) preferred.
- Minimum of 57 years of experience in compliance internal audit or a related field with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to industry/sector.
- Proven ability to conduct thorough audits analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in compliance management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
