Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior Director of Product Development to lead our product development team. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in driving product innovation managing crossfunctional teams and executing product strategies that align with our companys goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement product development strategies that align with company objectives and market needs. Provide visionary leadership to ensure the successful launch and ongoing enhancement of products.
- Team Management: Lead mentor and motivate a team of product managers engineers and designers. Foster a collaborative and highperformance culture.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch including market research product design development testing and commercialization.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends customer needs and growth opportunities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with executive leadership marketing sales and customer support teams to ensure product alignment with market demands and company goals.
- Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage the product development budget. Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Innovation: Drive continuous improvement and innovation in product development processes and methodologies. Encourage creative solutions and experimentation.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Product Management or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: 10 years of experience in product development or management roles with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading crossfunctional teams and managing complex projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of product development methodologies including Agile and Lean. Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams is a plus.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and make datadriven decisions. Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
