Job Description
Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and analytical Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will drive strategic initiatives enhance business processes and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment between technology solutions and business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Lead project initiatives from conception to implementation ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare comprehensive reports to inform decisionmaking.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or related field.
- 5 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
- Strong understanding of business processes and data analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in tools such as SQL Excel and BI software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation:
- Salary: $90000 $120000 annually commensurate with experience.
- Additional benefits include health insurance retirement plans and performance bonuses.
