Job Description

Position Overview: The Director of Change Management will be responsible for overseeing and driving change management initiatives across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing complex change processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills be adept at stakeholder management and have a deep understanding of change management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies that align with organizational goals and drive successful outcomes.
  • Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of change management professionals ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to understand change needs address concerns and gain buyin.
  • Communication: Design and implement communication plans to effectively convey change initiatives ensure transparency and manage resistance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance change management practices.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge required to adapt to change.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives and report progress to senior management.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with change initiatives and develop mitigation strategies to address them.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Organizational Development Psychology or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or similar certification is highly desirable.
  • 7 years of experience in change management with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing largescale change initiatives in a complex environment.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies tools and best practices.
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
