Role Overview: The Senior Director of Product Strategy will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for our product portfolio. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking market insight and leadership to ensure our products align with business objectives and customer needs. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including engineering marketing and sales to deliver marketleading products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision: Define and articulate a compelling product strategy that aligns with overall business goals and market opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends opportunities and customer needs.
- Product Roadmap: Develop and manage the product roadmap ensuring timely delivery of highquality products.
- Leadership: Lead mentor and develop a highperforming team of product managers and strategists.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering design marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and guide strategy adjustments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product vision strategy and updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10 years of experience in product management product strategy or a related field with a proven track record of leading product strategy and .
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire crossfunctional teams and manage direct reports.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Market Expertise: Deep understanding of market trends competitive landscape and customer needs.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Marketing or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
