Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Director of Business Development to lead and drive the growth of our business. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a strong track record in building and managing highperforming teams developing strategic partnerships and creating innovative business opportunities. The Senior Director will work closely with the executive team to define and execute our business development strategy and ensure alignment with our overall corporate goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Client and Partner Relations:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders.
- Negotiate and close highvalue deals ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and meetings.

Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities assess risks and understand competitive dynamics.
- Develop and present business cases and proposals to the executive team and stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to address emerging challenges and opportunities.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of business development activities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on progress results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ensure alignment of business development initiatives with the companys overall strategy.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or a related field with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Skills:
- Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends develop strategic plans and make datadriven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools.
