Position Overview: The Senior Director of Strategy will be responsible for leading and executing the companys strategic planning process. This role requires a deep understanding of industry trends competitive dynamics and business operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing strategies that drive growth improve efficiency and enhance organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the strategic planning process including setting longterm goals and identifying key initiatives.
- Analyze market trends competitive landscape and internal performance to inform strategic decisionmaking.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute corporate strategies and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Drive crossfunctional initiatives and projects ensuring successful and alignment with strategic goals.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize business performance and address emerging challenges.
- Lead mentor and manage a team of strategy professionals fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Communicate strategic plans and progress to stakeholders including the Board of Directors senior management and external partners.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives adjusting plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy development and with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Proven experience in leading strategic projects and driving organizational change.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities with experience in mentoring and developing highperforming teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of industry trends market dynamics and competitive forces.
