Project Manager Concrete Construction
Location: Arlington VA and Richmond VA

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage concrete construction projects with a focus on stadiums data centers highrise multifamily and civil infrastructure.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive project success.
- Oversee project schedules budgets and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and efficient project delivery.
- Mentor and support the project team to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing largescale concrete construction projects including stadiums highrise multifamily buildings and data centers.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and deep foundations.
- Experience managing projects valued at $10M or more.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and handle complex challenges.
