AWS Quicksight

Role: AWS Quicksight Egineer
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 Months with Extensions for 12 months

Self directed. This person would be the first QuickSight expert at the client and they would need to be able to establish plans and direction for how to accomplish client reporting needs.

Most Important:

AWS QuickSight: Extensive experience in developing dashboards creating calculated fields and applying filters parameters and actions.
SQL and Data Modeling: Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries understanding data structures and working with relational and nonrelational databases.
Security: Experience implementing rowlevel security and IAM permissions for QuickSight resources.

Nice to have:
AWS Data Services: Experience with AWS data services such as S3 Athena and Glue for data transformation and analysis.
ETL Tools: Familiarity with ETL processes and tools to extract transform and load data from various sources into QuickSightcompatible formats.
Data Visualization: Indepth understanding of data visualization best practices including building KPIs scorecards and intuitive graphical representations of data.
API and Automation: Ability to use QuickSight APIs for automating dashboard creation updates and embedding QuickSight reports in applications.
