Job Description
Title: Network Engineer/Nexus 9K/Zscaler/Low Latency/AWS/Trading
Location: Onsite in Midtown NYC 4 days a week. No relocation
Duration: 1 Year

Job description
WORK EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND:
A minimum of 5 years experience of supporting a global network delivering complete end to end connectivity
Proven ability to organise & prioritise multiple tasks daily
Strong analytical abilities with a good level of investigative skills
Service oriented accurate effective and able to work unsupervised even under pressure
Responsive and adaptable in a dynamic collaborative work environment.
Experience of working in a financial background is preferred but not necessary
Desirable:
CCNP Preferred Minimum CCNA
Support management and implementation of NextGen Firewalls
Wireless (Meraki preferred)
Site to Site VPNs on various devices (Inc IOS)
Thorough knowledge of various routing protocols: BGP OSPF & EIGRP
Cisco Nexus 9000
Cisco ISE & 802.1x
Zscaler ZIA / ZPA
Multicast
Cloud Networking (AWS preferred)
Familiar with Cisco product range
Palo Alto
VXLAN
SDWAN
Cisco DNAC & SDA
Cisco Call Manager/Collaboration
Automation (Python/Ansible/Terraform)
SSL Decryption
