Position: Sterile Processing (SPT)
Start Date: 10/7/2024
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Mesa AZ 85206
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Nights10
Shift Notes:
Weekend Requirements: Weekend schedule to be determined by facility
OnCall Requirements: On Call schedule to be determined by the facility

**PLEASE NOTE Client HAS VERY SPECIFIC BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS THAT MUST BE ADHERED AND ATTESTED TO. PLEASE LOOK AT THE COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS IMMEDIATELY
This position selects and places surgical instruments supplies and equipment during surgery. Scrubs and provides instruments sutures and other sterile supplies during surgical procedures.
Submission Requirements- Minimum 24 months of SPT REQUIRED
- Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION REQUIRED
- No Nursys Hits REQUIRED
- Travel experience Preferred
- The cover page completely filled out
- Resume with all facilities facility size beds trauma level and units listed
- Skills Checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old)
- Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old)
- Certifications (must be active at the time of submission)
- Drivers License
- BLS (AHA)
- NBSTSA
