Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has openings for a Registered Physical Therapist(PT). We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Lakeview OR 97630
Assignment Start Date: 10/17/2024
13 weeks Varied 10hour shift 40 hours/week guaranteed

Evaluates plans and provides treatment upon referral of physician. Treats patients with disabilities disorders and injuries to relieve pain and develop restore or maintain physical function by the use of exercise massage heat cold air light water electricity or sound. Works with family and health team members regarding the patients abilities and goals.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- Must have thorough knowledge of therapy procedures current orthopedic and neurological followup procedures and rehabilitation practices.
- Must possess a positive attitude and utilize good communication skills. Effective team skills including interaction support and respect are required.
- Must have familiarity with electronic documentation systems.
Education:
- Bachelor of Science or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from a college or university accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association
Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:
- Must have the necessary requisites for licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Oregon State Board of Health.
- Current CPR certification required
- ASHA CHT ACP Training
EMR System: Cerner experience desired
Shift: 40 hrs/week shifts vary
