As a Business Systems Analyst you will be a key member of an Agile team building innovative healthcare applications and implementing new features while following bestinclass coding and development standards.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

Skills: Data Analysis Complex SQL Queries Source to Target Data Mapping Data Warehousing (DWH) ETL Concepts

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders Business Architecture IT vendors and crossfunctional teams to gather business requirements.
• Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRD) Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) UML and flow diagrams.
• Facilitate business requirement elicitation sessions with multiple stakeholders.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on business requirements and validate reports.
• Capture and document business requirements system application flows and impacts.
• Design and integrate new process flows and functionality while ensuring clarity in requirements documentation.
• Conduct gap analysis identifying potential issues and risks.
• Plan and consult with stakeholders on data reporting and trending reports.
• Act as the primary contact for defining business system requirements.
• Ensure technical information is accurate documented and aligned with project objectives.
• Create and apply diagrams representing data flow process and transformation for both current and future systems.
• Maintain project artifacts and follow version control processes.
• Work independently with minimal guidance and provide support to colleagues with less experience.
• Perform peer reviews of requirements and support systems testing including weekend or afterhours assistance as needed.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong SQL Data Warehousing Healthcare Business Analysis and Data Analysis knowledge.
• Proficient in writing complex SQL queries and understanding healthcare insurance and provider data management (PDM).
• Expertise in Data Warehousing concepts and sourcetotarget mapping.
• Production validation support.

Desired Skills:

• 5 years of Business Systems Analysis experience.
• Strong communication facilitation and presentation skills.
• Proven experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and developing business requirements.
• Ability to create project timelines and manage deadlines.
• Proficient in Visio for process flows.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum (plus) and strong experience in Waterfall methodology.
• IIBA certification or equivalent is a plus.
