We are currently seeking Apartment Maintenance Technicians better known as Maintenance Heroes to join our team!

We are looking to secure a strong reliable Certified Apartment Tech for New Orleans LA 70125

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Complete service requests in a timely fashion (i.e. plumbing leaks installs and replaces sinks faucets and toilets troubleshoots and replaces basic electrical components)
• Basic sheet rock work electrical work plumbing work and lite carpentry
• Rekey Locks
• Making apartments ready for occupancy (i.e. light carpentry work drywall repairs and finish work)
• Appliance electrical heating plumbing and safety equipment repair and replacement
• Preventive maintenance; assisting with inspection of apartments buildings and grounds
• Touch up painting repair and replacement of window screens and glass
• Pick up / clean grounds and common areas.
• HVAC Certification Required
• Troubleshoot HVAC Units
• Keep grounds clean and presentable

Qualifications:

• Must have HVAC Certification
• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detailoriented
