Job Title: HR Policy Developer (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Develop and revise HR policies procedures and guidelines in compliance with labor laws and company goals.
- Conduct thorough research on industry best practices and emerging HR trends to inform policy development.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure policies meet regulatory requirements and reflect ethical business practices.
- Ensure that all HR policies are clearly communicated to employees and management through training handbooks and other communication channels.
- Review existing policies regularly and recommend updates or new policies to address changing business needs or regulatory changes.
- Develop policy implementation plans including timelines and communication strategies.
- Provide expert guidance on complex HR issues related to policy interpretation and application.
- Ensure consistent application of policies across all departments and locations.
- Support HR teams in handling employee relations matters grievances and compliance investigations.
- Monitor the effectiveness of HR policies and recommend adjustments as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in HR policy development employment law or human resources management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices with the ability to apply them in a business setting.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills with the ability to explain complex HR policies clearly and concisely.
- Proven experience in drafting and revising HR policies and procedures for organizations.
- High attention to detail and the ability to think strategically about policy impacts.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with HR legal and business leaders.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Certification in HR (SHRMCP PHR or similar).
- Experience in developing HR policies for multinational companies or diverse workforces.
- Experience in HR software and tools for managing policies and compliance.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
