Job Title: Document Management Analyst (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Bachelors degree in Information Management Business Administration Library Science or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in document management or records management are a plus.
- Proven experience in document management or records management roles.
- Experience with document management systems (DMS) and related technologies.
- Prior experience with data entry data analysis and document processing.
- Proficiency in document management software and systems.
- Strong understanding of document lifecycle management and records retention policies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Experience with electronic document management systems (e.g. SharePoint DocuSign etc.).
- Knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Records Manager (CRM) or Certified Document Imaging Architech (CDIA) are advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to changing requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field.
- Experience in document management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in document management software and related tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
