Job Title: Workplace Investigations Specialist (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Lead and conduct comprehensive investigations into employee complaints and concerns including allegations of harassment discrimination and policy breaches.
- Gather and analyze evidence interview witnesses and document findings to provide clear factual and unbiased reports.
- Develop and implement investigation procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide recommendations for resolution and corrective actions based on investigation outcomes.
- Collaborate with HR and legal departments to ensure that findings are addressed appropriately and that disciplinary actions are in line with company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Prepare and deliver training sessions on investigative processes and compliance to management and staff.
- Stay informed about changes in relevant laws regulations and best practices in workplace investigations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Law or a related field; relevant certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
- Experience in workplace investigations HR or a related role.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations related to workplace investigations.
- Proven experience in conducting investigations and managing sensitive information.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
