About the Role:

Are you ready for a new adventure in Greece

In this role you will provide serviceoriented inbound support for a German bank account.

Your responsibilities will include answering customer questions executing orders on the first contact assisting with phone banking ID and TPIN setup guiding customers through the Postbank app setup and providing exceptional customer service for all retail banking inquiries.

You will also troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently maintain accurate records of customer interactions collaborate with team members to improve service processes and stay updated on banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer questions and execute orders on the first contact
• Assist with phone banking ID and TPIN setup
• Guide customers through the Postbank app setup
• Provide exceptional customer service for all retail banking inquiries
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes
• Stay updated on banking products and services

Requirements:

Near or native German speaker

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday 8am5pm (rotative days off)

Onsite 100% in Greece

Health Insurance:

Yes but you need to already have NIF and NISS.

If not you first need to take care of it as this data is mandatory to enrol in health insurance.
