Driving license: Possess a valid heavy equipment driving license, such as a special category driving license for heavy equipment.
Understanding of equipment operation: Comprehensive knowledge of the operation and maintenance of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, cranes, excavators, and trucks.
Operating skills: The ability to operate equipment efficiently, including the ability to manage various equipment functions, such as loading, digging, and lifting.
