Job Description
Educational qualification: Obtaining an educational certificate in carpentry or a related field, such as a technical certificate or diploma in crafts.
Carpentry skills: The ability to use basic carpentry tools and equipment, such as saws, drills, hammers, and keys.
Design understanding: The ability to read and understand drawings and design plans for furniture or wooden fixtures.
Manufacturing skills: The ability to accurately manufacture and assemble furniture and wooden parts according to specifications.
Repair and maintenance: The ability to perform repairs and maintenance on wooden furniture and parts that require modification.
Attention to detail: Accuracy in work to ensure quality of parts, assembly, and finish, and to ensure that products meet required standards.
Safety commitment: Following occupational safety procedures while using tools and equipment, including wearing personal protective equipment.
