Job Description
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a network-related discipline.
Networking Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of networking concepts, including network configuration, network administration, network protocols, and network devices such as routers and switches.
Configuration and Troubleshooting Skills: The ability to configure and repair network equipment, including setting up local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs).
Troubleshooting: Strong skills in diagnosing and analyzing network problems, and finding effective solutions to resolve faults and disruptions.
Network Security Understanding: Knowledge of network security practices, including setting up firewalls, data encryption, and access management.
Device Administration: The ability to manage and maintain network devices such as servers, routers, and switches, and update firmware.
