Job Overview:

Altavia North America is searching for a driven strategist with a business and performance marketing mindset. Establishing insights and converting them into measurable initiatives is an integral part of every project and drives solutions for our clients across a variety of challenges. If you think strategy is about writing a brief and moving on this isnt the role for you. Were looking for team members who want to create solutions that respond to some of the biggest brand challengers companies are facing today not just develop quick marketing tactics that a google search could reveal. Understanding a business the obstacles they face and how to overcome them is the job. Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribution to service and business model design design
  • Product and pricing strategy optimization and development
  • Consumer insight extraction from key consumer research methods (ethnographic qualitative quantitative) and usage of progressive research digital platforms
  • Competitive/market overviews and tech trends
  • Architecting of goto market and launch strategies
  • Development of project and business briefs
  • Establishment of Key Performance Indicators and other measurement frameworks
  • Collaboration with accounts creative and tech team members to establish cohesive and successful programs
  • Strong points of view on offline and online commerce challenges
  • Contribution to brand strategy and insights critical to driving resonance for brands
  • Contribution to content strategy and its application across channels
  • Development of channel ecosystems roles and responsibilities and scale
  • Gather feedback from clients and internal team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field
  • Bilingualism: you can comfortably communicate in French and English more specifically speak with clients about your work in both languages.
  • Experience in Professional Services Marketing Agency Business Consulting Business Design Consultancy Digital Product Shop or Strategy Consulting.
  • Retail CPG category experience
  • B2B Marketplace category experience
  • Ability to analyze brands and business ecosystems providing content audits and review competitor landscapes.
  • Passion to rapidly build expertise on new businesses and industry verticals.
  • An analytical mind and an understanding of metrics KPIs and datadriven approaches to solving business problems. Define and outline measurement implementation building out informed strategies from insights backed by data.
  • Develop validate and refine strategic deliverables using data from various sources of research. Track record of building cases for managing and communicating strategic initiatives to both key stakeholders and diverse internal teams.
  • Tools: You have built a business projection model in Google and/or Microsoft Excel
  • You have created beautiful and compelling presentations with Powerpoint/google slides and/or Keynote
  • You can analyze baseline channel activity using Google Analytics Adwords Social Media Metrics or any other Marketing Analytics Platform.
  • Nice to have: Academic or personal background in social sciences design innovation anthropology or anything else at the intersection of culture and business.

  • Stratgie optimisation et dveloppement de produits et des prix
  • Extraction dinformations sur les consommateurs partir de mthodes dtudes cls (ethnographiques qualitatives quantitatives) et utilisation de platesformes numriques dtudes progressives
  • Aperu de la concurrence du march et des tendances technologiques
  • Conception de stratgies de mise sur le march et de lancement
  • laboration dun projet et dun cahier des charges
  • Mise en place dindicateurs cls de performance et autres cadres de mesure
  • Collaboration avec les chargs decomptes lquipecrative et les membres de lquipe technique afin de mettre en place des programmes cohrents
  • Points de vue forts sur les dfis du commerce en ligne et hors ligne
  • Contribution la stratgie de marque et aux ides essentielles la rsonance des marques
  • Contribution la stratgie de contenu et son application sur les diffrents canaux
  • Recueillir les commentaires des clients et des membres de lquipe interne.

Qualifications :

  • Diplme universitaire dans un domaine pertinent.
  • Bilinguisme : vous pouvez communiquer aisment en franais et en anglais et plus prcisment parler de votre travail dans les deux languesavec les clients.
  • Exprience dans les services professionnels agence de marketing conseil aux entreprises conseil en conception dentreprise boutique de produits numriques ou conseil en stratgie.
  • Exprience dans le domaine du commerce dedtail et des produits de grande consommation.
  • Exprience dans la catgorie des marchs B2B.
  • Capacit analyser les marques et les cosystmes commerciaux fournir des audits de contenu et examiner les paysages concurrentiels.
  • Passion pour lacquisition rapide dune expertise sur de nouvelles activits et de nouveaux secteurs verticaux.
  • Un esprit analytique et une comprhension des mtriques des KPI et des approches bases sur les donnes pour rsoudre les problmes de lentreprise. Dfinir et dfinir la mise en uvre des mesures en laborant des stratgies claires partir dides tayes par des donnes.
  • Dvelopper valider et affiner les livrables stratgiques en utilisant des donnes provenant de diverses sources de recherche. Vous avez lhabitude de monter des dossiers de grer et de communiquer des initiatives stratgiques aux principales parties prenantes et diverses quipes internes.
