Job Description
Our client is an American international law firm headquartered in California practice areas include corporate litigation intellectual property fund formation and public markets. They have an opportunity to work in their business litigation practice space. Preferred candidates should present a solid background in complex commercial litigation.
Qualifications
- 45 years of significant litigation experience
- Current admittance to the California bar
- Experience practicing in the litigation department of a comparable law firm
- Projectbased experience: ability to multitask on a variety of highlevel assignments while continuously producing thoughtful intelligent work product of superior quality
- Experience working with and also overseeing junior associates and professional staff
- High level of academic achievement from a law school institution
Preferred Experience
- Experience in the areas of technology litigation class action defense or company vs company disputes
