Job Description
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop test and maintain web applications using PHP and related technologies
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and deploy new features
- Optimize and improve existing code to enhance performance and usability
- Create and maintain database schemas and queries using MySQL
- Integrate data from various backend services and databases
- Participate in project planning and provide accurate time estimates for tasks
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into the development process
- Troubleshoot debug and resolve technical issues
- Conduct code reviews to ensure the quality of deliverables
- Document and maintain software functionality
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience in PHP development with a strong portfolio of web applications
- Proficiency in MySQL database design and management
- Sound knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Understanding of web services and API integration
- Ability to write clean welldocumented and reusable code
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies
