Job Description
- Develop and manage detailed project plans timelines and budgets.
- Align project goals with broader company R&D strategies.
- Allocate resources assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact between the R&D team senior management and other stakeholders.
- Negotiate shared objectives with crossfunctional team members.
- Define program and individual project success criteria and objectives.
- Communicate project milestones risks and updates.
- Monitor projects create and maintain summary scorecards capturing project status.
- Ensure alignment between technical teams and business goals.
- Identify potential risks and roadblocks.
- Develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project progress.
- Adjust plans proactively to avoid delays.
- Foster collaboration between different departments like Purchase production business team O&M team and product development team.
- Report financial progress to senior leadership through monthly progress reports or similar reporting formats.
- Ensure all R&D projects meet regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while keeping teams focused on priorities.
- Create and implement standard operating procedures for streamlining the project .
- Ensure optimal utilization of human resources across various projects by applying effective project management techniques.
- Creating workflow and process flow for the successful completion of the project.
- Team management.
- Strong technical background.
- Agile project management tools.
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical/Electrical or any technology related field.
- Experienced as manager in any Robotics based R&D firms.
- Preferred additional courses in PMP
