RD - Project Manager

• Develop and manage detailed project plans timelines and budgets.
• Align project goals with broader company R&D strategies.
• Allocate resources assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact between the R&D team senior management and other stakeholders.
• Negotiate shared objectives with crossfunctional team members.
• Define program and individual project success criteria and objectives.
• Communicate project milestones risks and updates.
• Monitor projects create and maintain summary scorecards capturing project status.
• Ensure alignment between technical teams and business goals.
• Identify potential risks and roadblocks.
• Develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project progress.
• Adjust plans proactively to avoid delays.
• Foster collaboration between different departments like Purchase production business team O&M team and product development team.
• Report financial progress to senior leadership through monthly progress reports or similar reporting formats.
• Ensure all R&D projects meet regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while keeping teams focused on priorities.
• Create and implement standard operating procedures for streamlining the project .
• Ensure optimal utilization of human resources across various projects by applying effective project management techniques.
• Creating workflow and process flow for the successful completion of the project.

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical/Electrical or any technology related field.

• Experienced as manager in any Robotics based R&D firms.
• Preferred additional courses in PMP
