Overview
The Senior Sales Executive/Field Sales Executive/Key Account Lead plays a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for the organization in Kolkata. This position is instrumental in identifying acquiring and managing key accounts establishing strong relationships with clients and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base
- Identify engage and build strong relationships with key accounts and highvalue clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide excellent customer service and support
- Prepare and present sales proposals forecasts and reports to the management team
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Attend industry events conferences and networking opportunities to build professional networks
- Coordinate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives

Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in B2B sales key account management or field sales
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to build rapport with clients and close deals
- Ability to analyze sales performance data and generate actionable insights
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize and manage tasks effectively
