Job Role:Business Analyst
Exp: 7 yrs
Location:(Mumbai/ Pune/ Bangalore/ Chennai/ Gurgaon/ Vizag)
NP: only immediate joiner
Key Skills:
More than 7 years of experience ability to handle client communication
Skilled in process mapping Agile programming methodology
Experience with tools like Jira and Draw.io/ Visio
57 yrs Experience in the SnL domain especially with CargoWise software
Requirement:
- Experience in Shipping or Trucking domain for at least three years
- Mention of CargoWise/ Shipamax/ AS400 in the resume
- Some knowledge of technology
- Total experience of more than 4 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Conduct process mapping to identify areas for improvement and optimize workflows.
- Utilize Agile programming methodology to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Leverage tools like Jira and Draw.io/Visio for project tracking and documentation.
- Work within the SnL domain particularly focusing on CargoWise software to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Skills:
- Over 7 years of experience in Business Analysis with a strong ability to manage client communications.
- Proven expertise in process mapping and Agile methodologies.
- 57 years of experience in the Shipping or Trucking domain specifically with CargoWise Shipamax or AS400.
- Some knowledge of technology trends and tools relevant to the industry.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
