Job Description
- Experienced in automobiles (Car Sales/ Service Advisor at Dealerships)
- Language: Hindi English & Hinglish
- Microsoft Office Excel. Word PowerPoint.
- Knowledge about all cars under 50L is a must (Pros/Cons of vehicles variant differentiation & more.)
- Excellent organizational written & oral communication skills.
- understanding the features and benefits of all motor vehicles that are available for purchase and being able to communicate this information effectively to potential customers.
- Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Suggest alternative vehicles if necessary.
- Answering general and detailed questions about particular vehicles and the financial aspects of buying them.
- Helping customers become familiar with the cars they re interested in.
- Helping customers sort out and process their financing and purchase options based on their specific situation.
- Persuading customers to buy a vehicle in a way that leaves them feeling good about their choice
- Reviews and analyses actions at the end of each day week month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively.
- Other tasks as assigned.
