CAR CONSULTANT

• Experienced in automobiles (Car Sales/ Service Advisor at Dealerships)
• Language: Hindi English & Hinglish
• Microsoft Office Excel. Word PowerPoint.
• Knowledge about all cars under 50L is a must (Pros/Cons of vehicles variant differentiation & more.)
• Excellent organizational written & oral communication skills.

• understanding the features and benefits of all motor vehicles that are available for purchase and being able to communicate this information effectively to potential customers.
• Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Suggest alternative vehicles if necessary.
• Answering general and detailed questions about particular vehicles and the financial aspects of buying them.
• Helping customers become familiar with the cars they re interested in.
• Helping customers sort out and process their financing and purchase options based on their specific situation.
• Persuading customers to buy a vehicle in a way that leaves them feeling good about their choice
• Reviews and analyses actions at the end of each day week month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively.
• Other tasks as assigned.
