Overview:
The Quality Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring the quality of products and services through the implementation of systematic quality assurance processes. This position is pivotal in maintaining the organizations reputation by identifying and addressing potential quality issues ultimately contributing to customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance standards and processes
- Conduct testing and analysis of products and processes to identify defects or areas for improvement
- Monitor and evaluate quality performance identifying trends and recommending solutions
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address quality concerns and drive continuous improvement
- Document quality issues and ensure resolution maintaining detailed records
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
- Participate in the development of new products or processes ensuring quality requirements are met
- Conduct audits to assess compliance with quality standards and regulations
- Provide training and support to staff on qualityrelated processes and best practices
- Contribute to the development and improvement of quality assurance policies and procedures
- Communicate quality issues and initiatives to stakeholders at various levels
- Stay updated on industry best practices and quality management trends
- Prepare and present quality reports to management
- Participate in customer or regulatory audits
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management Engineering or related discipline
- Proven experience in quality assurance or a similar role
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and methodologies
- Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001 TQM etc.)
- Proficiency in quality assessment tools and techniques
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to collaborate and influence crossfunctional teams
- Certifications in quality management or related fields (e.g. Six Sigma ASQ etc.)
- Experience in conducting audits and root cause analysis
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Proficient in using quality management software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
