Tasks
As a Business Development Intern at Urban Connect you will not only represent our product to the outside world but also actively contribute to driving the mobility transformation forward. Your contribution is crucial to winning new customers strengthening existing partnerships and further improving our services.
Responsibilities:
You will actively support the team in the entire sales process but also manage your own pipeline of new qualified and interested leads.
- Support in the creation of materials and pitch documents for customers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to show the value of our solutions.
- You are ready to generate new leads for Urban Connect through various channels including email campaigns events or discovery meetings.
- You are heavily involved in internal business development and can drive internal processes.
- Maintenance and further development of our CRM tool
- You think proactively and reflect on sales processes improve them when necessary and introduce new strategic solutions to optimize existing approaches.
- Develop market knowledge and keep up to date with industry trends competitor activities and new technologies
- Work with the marketing team to increase the quantity and quality of leads
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and market requirements.
Requirements
You have a completed education preferably a bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field.
- You are flexible and prudent enjoy working in a highly dynamic environment and are able to adapt quickly to change
- You can work well in a team you are reliable and you are comfortable with the startup nature of the company where employees are also required to lend a hand in other departments of the company when needed
- You have a handson mentality are emphatic and motivate your team through your determination to achieve results
- You have analytical skills and are confident in working with data deal confidently with complexity and you are not afraid of big numbers
- Required:
- Business fluent language skills in English and German
- Nice to have:
- Knowledge of French
- Advanced knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot)
