Job Description

Jettison is representing a law firm who is seeking a seasoned Case Managing Attorney to manage and work up a docket of toxic tort products liability action. The ideal candidate with their significant case management and courtroom skills will be able to effectively manage a complex docket of mesothelioma cases.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of four years of experience in taking cases from filing to trial
  • Secondchair experience
  • While asbestos experience is preferred we are open to considering the right candidate with the right skill set and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly to the asbestos learning curve.

**This role requires substantial travel on at least a weekly basis strong deposition writing and critical thinking skills. An ability to think tactically and strategically will be a valuable asset.
