We are looking for a Social Media Executive Client Servicing for a digital marketing company in Mumbai (AndheriEast) with a minimum 3 years of strong client servicing experience in digital marketing industry. The ideal candidate will build and maintain relationships with multiple clients acting as the main point of contact for client inquiries and existing client concerns regularly communicate to understand client needs objectives and provide effective solutions.
Responsibilities in brief:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding client expectations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries requests and concerns.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs objectives and feedback.
- Assist managers in prioritizing tasks and maintaining timelines and schedules.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of client campaigns
- Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for clients.
- Look out for potential upselling and crossselling opportunities
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Assist in proposal preparation and new business pitches.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing / Communications / Public Relations or related field (MBA preferred)
- Candidate needs to be adaptable flexible in terms of coping with change in requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Good Presentation skills.
- Agency work experience is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with crossfunctional departments.
