Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the IT project team to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Develop and execute IT strategies to meet the organizations technological needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define project scope.
• Oversee project planning scheduling and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues to ensure smooth project .
• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with IT standards and regulations.
• Provide regular project status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and track project expenses.
• Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies.
• Resolve conflicts and address projectrelated challenges effectively.
• Ensure the successful implementation of IT solutions and systems.
• Evaluate project outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead postproject reviews and documentation for future reference.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading IT projects preferably in a managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of IT project management tools and methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute IT strategies aligned with company goals.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
• Sound understanding of IT infrastructure and systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic IT environment.
• Professional certifications in project management or IT leadership are a plus.
