Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Standards Expert: Serve as the key resource for quality guidelines ensuring tasks align with the companys benchmarks.
- Content Review: Assess and rate different content types (audio video text photos) according to taskspecific criteria.
- Provide Feedback: Offer clear concise and wellsupported written explanations for your ratings to help improve rater quality.
- Collaborative Calibration: Join calibration sessions with team members and stakeholders to maintain consistency in assessments.
- Peer Audits: Conduct audits and peer reviews as part of the quality process providing feedback and assisting in training initiatives.
- Team Collaboration: Share insights and best practices with your peers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Task Management: Balance multiple projects and assignments independently ensuring that all tasks are completed with minimal guidance.
- Support Recruitment: Assist team leads and managers in the interview process for future team members.
- KPI Management: Ensure that all tasks meet key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain operational efficiency and prevent business disruptions.
- Client Projects: Handle multiple customer projects simultaneously always striving to exceed client expectations.
Your Profile
- Language Skills: Native or fluent in Japanese both verbal and written with fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in Portugal without legal support (EU citizenship or a Portuguese residence card).
- Education: A university degree is advantageous but not required.
- TechSavvy: Comfortable working with G Suite particularly Google Sheets.
- DetailOriented: Ability to approach tasks with a rigorous analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate your reasoning.
- Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work flexible shifts including rotation Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Logical Thinker: A solid sense of logic and strong decisionmaking skills are essential for this role.
