Overview:
A critical role in providing patientfocused wholeperson care..
Nurses in this role will apply specialized training to deliver exceptional healthcare and make a significant impact daily.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Nursing Professional Practice:
Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care.
Develop and update the patients plan of care to achieve goals and optimize outcomes.
Monitor record and communicate patient condition as required.
Maintain currency in essential competencies.
2. Advocacy:
Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting autonomy dignity and the values of patients.
3. Facilitation of Learning:
Foster a learning environment for patients families and the healthcare team.
Facilitate both formal and informal learning opportunities.
4. Safety and Quality Alignment:
Ensure patient safety correct problems and integrate evidencebased practices.
Prioritize safety across patient self and environment for optimal outcomes.
5. Professional Development:
Engage in continuous professional growth.
Practice within the parameters of the Nurse Practice Act and ANA Code of Ethics.
Promote a culture of inquiry and evidencebased practice.
6. Leadership and Team Collaboration:
Lead and coordinate care teams delegate appropriately and collaborate with others.
Model professional behaviors in all interactions.
Required Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
National Provider BLS American Heart Association upon hire.
1 year of Nursing experience in the Operating Room (OR).
Preferred Qualifications:
National Certification in the area of specialty preferred upon hire.
Compensation:
Base Salary: USD $170000.00

Other Compensation: Not eligible for commission bonus or overtime.
