We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales with a proven track record of driving business growth building relationships and achieving revenue targets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities developing strategic partnerships and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify qualify and pursue new business opportunities through research networking and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients partners and stakeholders.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals ensuring profitability and longterm partnerships.
- Track market trends customer feedback and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and pipeline management using CRM tools.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain longterm business relationships.
- Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently.
- Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
