Job Description

Overview

The HR Internship role is an essential part of our organization providing support to the HR department and gaining valuable handson experience in various HR functions. The intern will be involved in recruiting activities employee relations HRIS maintenance and other HRrelated tasks contributing to the overall success of the HR team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and scheduling interviews
  • Support in conducting new employee orientation and onboarding activities
  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in the HRIS system
  • Participate in HR projects such as performance management and employee engagement initiatives
  • Provide support in organizing and maintaining personnel files and HR documents
  • Assist with employee relations activities and grievance handling
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and present findings
  • Assist in creating HR policies and procedures
  • Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and special projects
  • Contribute to the coordination of employee training and development programs

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or done with Bachelors degree in Human Resources.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detailoriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fastpaced environment
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
  • Previous internship or relevant work experience is a plus
