Job Description
This role is for one of the Weekdays clients
We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Head of Supply Chain Finance to spearhead our business vertical in this domain. This senior role is responsible for driving growth managing key relationships and leading a highperforming team. You will report directly to the Founder & CEO playing a pivotal role in shaping our supply chain finance strategy and .
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Head the Supply Chain Finance vertical setting strategic direction and overseeing all aspects of the business.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a diverse team of sales operations and credit managers to achieve business goals.
- Partnership Management: Work closely with colending partners including Banks and NBFCs to enhance and expand our financial offerings.
- Strategic Reporting: Provide strategic insights and reports directly to the Founder & CEO ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.
- Growth & Innovation: Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive growth and optimize supply chain finance operations.
Requirements:
- Experience: 15 to 18 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Finance with a proven track record in leadership and strategic management.
- Leadership Skills: Strong capability in managing and motivating a team across various functions.
- Partnership Skills: Demonstrated experience working with Banks NBFCs and other financial partners.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to formulate and execute strategic plans to drive business success.
- Location Flexibility: Willingness to work from any of our locations: Delhi Gurgaon Mumbai or Bangalore.
