Job Description
- Technical Leadership: Lead a team of developers offering guidance support and mentorship to ensure successful project and team growth.
- Backend Development: Design develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Python Django and Flask.
- API Development: Build and manage RESTful APIs to support frontend applications and integrate with thirdparty services.
- AI/ML Integration: Utilize AI/ML technologies to enhance system capabilities and deliver innovative solutions.
- Cloud Platform Management: Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms including GCP AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- System Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement robust system architectures that meet business needs.
- Code Quality: Ensure adherence to best practices in coding including code reviews testing and documentation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to align on project requirements and deliver highquality solutions.
- Backend Development: Proven experience in backend development with Python Django and Flask.
- API Design: Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
- AI/ML: Experience with AI/ML technologies and their application in backend systems.
- Cloud Platforms: Proficiency with cloud services on GCP AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of developers fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- ProblemSolving: Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and scalable solutions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Educational Background: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in cloud platforms (GCP AWS Azure) and AI/ML.
