Overview
The Product Manager plays a crucial role in developing and executing the product vision and strategy. They are responsible for leading crossfunctional teams to bring new products to market and enhance existing products to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Define and prioritize product features and functionalities based on market research customer feedback and business goals.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap aligning with the overall company strategy and vision.
- Collaborate with engineering design marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery and launch.
- Conduct market analysis competitive research and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and enhance existing products.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements define product specifications and communicate product vision.
- Lead the product development process including defining user stories managing backlog and coordinating sprints.
- Utilize data and analytics to make informed product decisions and continuously improve product performance.
- Monitor product performance conduct A/B testing and gather insights to drive product optimization and iteration.
- Champion the product internally and externally providing training support and marketing collateral as needed.
- Stay abreast of industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Required qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Marketing Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in product management with a successful track record of bringing products to market.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning product development and gotomarket strategies.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities with the capacity to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Experience working in an agile environment and utilizing product management tools such as JIRA Trello or Asana.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and experience working with design teams to create usercentric products.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to drive crossfunctional teams towards a common goal.
- Deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics with a customercentric approach to product development.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Product Management Certification (PMC) are a plus.
