Responsibilities:
Interacting with American counterparts market leaders and managers.
Identifying and escalating any issues that arise during work to the appropriate team members or supervisors.
Staying up to date with communications and guidelines related to the process and policies.
Correcting any errors identified during the quality control process in accordance with established policies.
Proactively escalating any unusual issues that may arise on the floor or with the system to the appropriate team members.
Adhering to ethical work practices and following instructions for ongoing projects. Contacting counterparts via calls emails or meetings to ensure they are satisfied with purchased products/services.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel.
Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively Weekly/monthly/quarterly report generation based on the KPIs. Essential Qualification and Skills:
Any Graduation/ Post Graduation with 25 years of experience as Spanish Translator / Spanish language Specialist.
Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills in English & Spanish (Expert level language proficiency)
Quick learner good Judgment and problem solver. Well versed in MS Office Excel/Word/PowerPoint
Working Conditions:
9 Hrs. of Shift timings which includes Night shifts and odd shifts. (Cab facility will be provided for one way if shift login or logout timings fall at odd night timings).
Should be flexible & ready to work on Indian/US holidays including weekends based on the Project requirement & Night shift allowance as per company policy will be provided.
