We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Studio Manager to join our client a renowned tattoo company and lead the operations at their studio. If youre passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrive in a fastpaced creative environment this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a positive energetic team spirit enhancing collaboration between artists and team members.
- Oversee daytoday studio operations ensuring a seamless experience for walkin clients and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Maintain studio hygiene and atmosphere in line with company standards keeping the vibe upbeat and engaging.
- Provide personalized service to create immersive and memorable experiences for each customer.
- Adhere to studio SOPs and operational processes with precision.
- Handle inbound client queries manage appointments and book consultations.
- Organize training sessions for artists focusing on skill development.
- Implement and drive sales strategies follow up with potential leads to boost studio sales.
- Prepare team rosters and manage artist transfers and guest spots to ensure the studio is fully staffed.
- Coordinate with the design team and clients to deliver artwork that meets expectations on time.
- Collaborate with the HQ sales team to identify areas for improvement and increase sales.
- Professionally manage customer complaints and objections.
- Provide regular performance reports (daily weekly monthly) to the reporting manager.
- Maintain accurate CRM data for better decisionmaking and business growth.
- Manage daily cash flow deposits and recordkeeping.
- Oversee employee accommodation ensuring cleanliness and a positive living environment.
Mandatory Skills:
- Graduate in any stream.
- Experience in industries like Real Estate Automobile or Jewellery is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong background in retail management is a plus.
- Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Selfmotivated with a strong focus on sales and customer service excellence.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and external clients.
- Prior experience in customer service sales or operations management is an advantage.
- Ability to perform well in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
