Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Product team to build a scalable highperformance platform.
- Participate in product and design discussions providing backend technical insights to help shape and align the platform with business goals.
- Lead brainstorming sessions with the backend team to adopt the latest technologies.
- Set clear directions for the team to optimize performance scalability and efficiency in the development process.
- Design and develop wellstructured scalable REST APIs that adhere to best practices.
- Ensure the APIs are maintainable and suitable for use by frontend teams across multiple platforms.
- Work with thirdparty providers to integrate their solutions into the platform ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Participate in partner calls identify the best integration approaches and provide ongoing support.
- Leverage AI to streamline backend development processes and maintain best practices.
- Utilize prompt engineering techniques to enhance productivity and efficiency within the team.
MustHave Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Python microservices and backend development with a focus on building scalable architectures.
- Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs that are robust and scalable.
- Experience with unit testing using any testing framework with a commitment to maintaining 100% code coverage.
- Handson experience working with NoSQL databases.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms such as GCP AWS or Azure.
- Deep knowledge of the serverless design pattern.
- Familiarity with web application frameworks like Django Webapp2 Flask or similar.
- Proven experience collaborating with product and design teams to deliver optimal solutions.
- Strong track record in integrating thirdparty solutions into backend systems.
GoodtoHave Requirements:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a backend or cloud developer.
- Familiarity with the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Knowledge of AI technologies and how to leverage them in backend development tasks.
- Understanding of prompt engineering to boost development productivity.
- Prior experience working with global or regional teams.
- Exposure to agile methodologies and experience in crossfunctional teams.
