Job Description

Assistant Manager / Senior Executive Wealth Manager.
1 to 4 Years Experience
Work Mode: Location (Surat Ahmedabad and Bangalore)5Days (Hybrid)

As the Assistant Manager / Senior Executive of Partnership and Strategic Alliances for our wealth management business you will be the face of the company externally and the SPOC for all communication with other wealth management partners for business alliances to achieve the company s strategic objectives.

Responsible for onboarding partners/ IFA s ( Independent Financial Advisors )
Responsible for business volumes with each partner and ensuring scaleup of partnership
Ensure complete documentation and agreements are in order and timely updates as required
Endtoend onboarding of partners for lead generation to commercial negotiations technical integration & closing.
Responsible for daytoday liaising with wealth management partners ensuring a smooth flow of operations
Ensure all tasks deliverables and documentation and lending agreements are created with the highest level of accuracy.
Driving integration on all aspects of the strategic partnership across departments
Develop business processes to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
Responsible for meeting monthly quarterly and yearly business targets
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey issues clearly and concisely.
Planning for consistent growth in key business metrics in line with company objectives as well as providing an accurate monthly forecast of opportunities.
Engage with prospective partners and manage endtoend onboarding process to drive growth
Nurture partner relations and give insights on overall business performance and efficient industry practices.

What youd need to bring to the table:
1. Business Metrics Acquisition Monetisation (ARPU) Retention Churn
2. Comes with Hunter mindset to generate the leads and drive the opportunity for partnership
3. User Research and Insights
4. Growth: Engagement Strategy Acquisitions Referrals Content
5. Required experience of 14 years in a similar role in a WealthTech firm is a must.
