Key Responsibilities:

• Create and apply unique nail designs and art
• Provide manicures and pedicures
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate nail care treatments
• Ensure the cleanliness and sanitization of all nail tools and equipment
• Stay updated on current nail trends and techniques
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
• Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout their nail service
• Manage appointment bookings and maintain organized client records
• Promote and sell nail care products and services
• Contribute to maintaining a professional and welcoming salon environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to uphold salon standards and procedures
• Participate in training and skill development opportunities
• Contribute to marketing and promotional activities
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Nail Artist or Nail Technician
• Completion of a nail care or cosmetology program
• Proficiency in nail art techniques including handpainted designs and nail enhancements
• Knowledge of nail care products and their application
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards
• Desire to stay current with industry trends and techniques
• Customerfocused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive work environment
• Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings
• Certification in nail art or specific nail care services (e.g. acrylics gels) is a plus
• Ability to maintain a clean organized and professional workspace
• Commitment to upholding industry regulations and standards
