Channel Ops/Key Account Manager (Would be common across all channels)
- Managing Sales Catalog Inventory & order processing with Flipkart Amazon Meesho etc
- Track metrics which help in assessing the health and progress of the business
- Relationship management with Marketplace KAM & Internal POCs.
- Sole responsibility of managing and maintaining seller reviews & ratings
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to execute strategies for category growth
- Hands on experience with excel marketplace portals
- Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
- Should know Vendor Management P&L of MPs Discounting.
2)Brand Ops
- Unicommerce Operations ( SO creation Gatepass creation Item master creation Vendor and customer creation Inv sync with channels Channel mapping etc)
- New catalogue creation and management in Unicommerce
- Ticket creation in Channels due to operational issues like RTD breaches site deactivation etc
- B2B consignment creation and appointment deliveries
