We are hiring Senior Architect Project Coordinator for a Leading Construction Company

Overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects from initiation to completion
• Coordinate with clients contractors and consultants to understand project requirements
• Develop and review architectural plans and designs
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and compliance
• Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders
• Manage project documentation and reporting
• Oversee resource allocation and procurement
• Resolve project issues and mitigate risks
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Participate in project meetings and presentations
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor and coach junior team members
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or relevant field
• Proven experience in architectural project management
• Demonstrated expertise in architecture design and construction coordination
• Strong knowledge of building codes regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate project teams
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Sound understanding of budget management and cost control
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Problemsolving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with sustainable design practices is a plus
• Certification as a licensed architect is preferred
• Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) is advantageous
• Experience in conducting feasibility studies and site analysis
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful project delivery
