Job Description
- Develop interactive chatbot flows to enhance user interactions.
- Enable the chatbot to process and respond to user voice notes.
- Implement calling capabilities within a multiagent system to improve user engagement.
- Continuously update the chatbot s knowledge base as new information is received or queries are resolved.
- Create a system where the chatbot can prompt users for correct information when it fails to answer improving its learning and accuracy.
- Integrate the chatbot with the existing booking management system to provide realtime availability and pricing updates.
- Ensure the chatbot can seamlessly escalate conversations to human agents when necessary.
- Proven experience in chatbot development preferably with a focus on hospitality or ecommerce platforms.
- Strong programming skills in Python LangChain and LangGraph.
- Experience with voice recognition technologies and integrating telephony systems into chatbots.
- Familiarity with GenAI technologies particularly for conversational flows.
- Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into a unified system.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
