Job Description
Position : QA Technical Lead
Experience : 7 Years of experience
Education : B. Tech / MCA/ M. Tech
Job Location : Jodhpur Rajasthan (onsite)
Role and Responsibilities:
7 to 8 years of hands experience in software/IT quality experience in a fastpaced environment
working through all phases of the software development life cycle with focus on Front
and backoffice applications webbased applications.
2 to 3 years of automation testing experience defining building and overseeing the
implementation of a proven automation test strategy.
Experience creating thoroughly documented test strategy/test plans test scenarios and test
cases and executing upon them.
Experience collaborating with project managers developers and business systems analysts to
ensure quality throughout a project release cycle.
Work in a highenergy fastpaced collaborative environment and be selfmotivated and
passionate about QA.
Demonstrate a collaborative attitude and a strong desire to strive for testing standards and
efficiencies.
Experience in testing of Fintech Domain will be preferred.
Lead the testing team in planning executing and reporting each test cycle.
Conduct functional and nonfunctional systems testing.
Report defects clearly explaining the test cases and test scenarios to the development team.
Provide support to the development team to understand the defect data used for testing and
support the development team in root cause analysis.
Prepare & publish software testing metrics and reports covering defect counts status of
defects ageing of defects defect per module etc.
Ensure 100% of functional and nonfunctional systems test cases.
Ensure that all application interfaces and NFR items are tested.
Technical Skills:
Ability to write SQL code and understanding of relational databases.
Technical expertise in Testing Methodologies Testing Processes Tools and Techniques.
Hands on experience managing bug reporting and test status tracking using testing
tools Jira.
Proven experience in working with both with Kanban and/or Agile and Waterfall delivery
methodologies.
Soft Skills:
Team work and collaboration with internal / external teams
Effective communication skills (listening expressing writing)
Critical thinking attention to detail (keen eye for identifying and resolving defects)
Creativity and problem solving.
Salary goes upto 14 LPA
Hike will be provided on current CTC
